Open Label Study of Adalimumab in Subjects Who Have a Sub-Optimal Response to Systemic Therapy or Phototherapy

Study Description: 
This study will asssess the efficacy and safety profile of switching to adalimumab after experiencing a sub-optimal response to prior systemic therapy of etanercept, methotrexate and phototherapy.
